   Would you like to join our growing team? There are no tests in our process, we feel that everyone should have an equal opportunity to participate in having fun, so we haven't made it difficult to become a part of our team. We are however a serious virtual airline, always welcoming talented, enthusiastic and professional Flight Sim enthusiasts. If you are not prepared to put in a few hours a month then this is probably not the airline for you.

General Requirements

   Due to US law we are unable to accept any applications from people under the age of 13.

   All pilots must fly ONCE EVERY MONTH, or submit a leave of absent request for a maximum of 3 months. Failure to fly in one month will result in your status becoming "inactive" - once you become inactive you have only 1 month to become active again or you will be removed.

   All pilots must maintain a valid and current email address to receive emails from FlyCay. We may contact you for events or important announcements. Be sure to always check your junkmail folder and approve any emails from "FlyCay.com".

   All pilots must provide an active Vatsim account. It's free to sign up, we fly all events on the Vatsim Network and encourage everybody to become involved, for those who do not know about Vatsim, Learn More.

   You will begin as a 'Probationary First Officer', FlyCay does not accept transfer hours from previous airlines, this is because we don't restrict our members to fly only certain aircraft based on rank. The hours that members have at Cayman Airways Virtual reflect the hours they have flown for this Virtual Airline.

   We ask that you fly at least once within the first 7 days of being accepted!
